Look for a listed word along a straight path. Swipe from first to last letter, or tap the first and last letters. Later boards include diagonals and backwards words. Found words are visibly marked; an already found word does not grant another completion reward. If a selection fails, check the exact endpoints, spelling and that it is a current target. Rotate turns the board 180 degrees for free.

Choose Hint, choose an unfound word, then Starting letter, Direction or Full word. Each newly revealed word/tier costs one regular Hint; Direction points from its starting letter. Burst Hint marks up to three unfound starts without solving them. Focus fades up to five filler letters and preserves target letters. Previously unlocked effects remain available on resume/replay without another spend.

Each tool has its own three free uses per 72 hours from first activation—not three per day. Offers show free/saved counts and refill time. Free pools refill to three without accumulating; saved ad extras persist. Free uses are spent first. At zero, choose an optional ad for one saved use of that tool, then activate it yourself. Another tool’s allowance is unaffected.

Check connectivity and retry later; ad availability is not guaranteed. No ad or dismissal without an earned reward grants nothing. A reward must be confirmed and saved before it is usable. If a save fails, retain the app/data and record the message/time for support; do not repeatedly replay ads or clear storage. Never click a live ad merely to test rewards. Current debug builds use Google test advertisements; production serving remains gated.

Complete preceding levels normally, or unlock the selected locked campaign level with one completed rewarded ad or 25,000 coins. Unlocking later does not complete earlier levels. The selected level and successful saved reward matter; no-fill/dismissed ads grant no unlock.

Daily dates change at 00:00 UTC, which can differ from your local date. Use Play Daily Puzzle to choose Classic, Easy, Pro, Pro Max or Time Trial. Past available dates remain playable; future dates are locked. Each category tracks completion and one first-clear coin reward. Any category earns the date’s daily star. A completed category shows Replay; replays do not repeatedly award first-clear coins. Bundled puzzles are finite, not an unlimited stream of unique authored boards.

Campaign and ordinary daily categories are untimed. Time Trial starts with three minutes; an optional elapsed timer is separate. Extra Minute adds 60 seconds once per board for 1,500 coins or a saved regular Hint, not the three free Hint uses. Pause stops gameplay time and conceals/blurs the board and words. Resume continues; Restart asks for confirmation; Save & Exit preserves play. Home Resume opens the unfinished campaign level; Daily has its own entry.

Progress, coins, saved tools, discoveries and favorites save automatically on this device. If a balance looks wrong, note the board/reward and error before contacting support. Do not clear storage or reinstall as a first step: there is no account/cloud recovery or manual JSON import/export and no guaranteed transfer.

Real purchases and Restore Purchases are unavailable. Debug store previews charge no money. There are no live paid coin packs, subscriptions or Remove Ads product.

Words includes sourced meanings, search and favorites. For a correction, send the word, displayed definition, chapter/category and WordNet source identifier if shown.
