Operator and scope

Word Topia is a word-search game provided by MATRIXBREACH INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Matrixbreach. CIN: U85500AS2024OPC026708. Contact support@matrixbreach.com for app privacy questions. This notice covers the current development implementation, voluntary correspondence and visits to these pages. A finished website does not mean the game has been released.

Information kept on your device

Campaign and daily progress, unfinished boards and found paths, elapsed time, completion and reward records, coins, Hint/Burst Hint/Focus inventory, discoveries, favorites, settings and tutorial state are saved locally. These records support resuming play, awarding each first-clear reward once and retaining your preferences.

There is no player sign-in account, developer-operated cloud save or automatic gameplay upload. A menu called Me or Account is not an online account. Manual JSON progress import/export is not provided. Local records and advertising SDK processing are different.

Connectivity and permissions

Bundled puzzles and local saves work offline. Optional ads and their consent services use the network; external websites and email use the browser/mail application. Android uses vibration for optional haptics. The inspected Android preview includes network and Google advertising-related permissions; the final release permissions must match its SDK configuration. No notification permission is requested by the current game.

The inspected Android preview disables Android backup with allowBackup=false. This is not a promise about every operating-system/device-transfer service or future build. Progress is not guaranteed to survive deletion, reinstallation or a device change.

Optional rewarded advertising

Google AdMob rewarded advertising is implemented for extra tool uses and a selected-level unlock. It appears only after a player chooses an offer. No forced interstitial or banner ads are implemented. The inspected development configuration uses Google test ads and gates production serving; this is not a claim that live monetization is approved.

Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses, device/account identifiers, device information, diagnostics and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized requests do not mean zero data processing. The inspected Android integration references Google Mobile Ads 24.9.0 and UMP 3.2.0; final release dependencies and disclosures must be rechecked.

The current request configuration disables personalization and sets child-directed, under-age-of-consent and G-rated treatment. These technical settings do not establish a store audience rating or certify compliance. No added mediation network was identified in the inspected configuration.

Consent handling runs before ad requests. Open Me → Privacy Preferences → Ad privacy choices to revisit available options. Ad availability, consent outcomes and regional requirements can affect whether an offer loads.

Current purchase status

Real-money purchases, subscriptions and paid ad removal are unavailable. Debug store transactions are simulations and charge no money. No working purchase restoration or paid coin offer is advertised. Coins and tool allowances are game records, not bank balances.

Information you choose to send

When you press Send in your mail application, we receive your sender address, message, relevant game/device context and attachments you choose to add. A prepared draft is not a sent message. The app does not automatically upload logs, screenshots or your save.

We use correspondence to respond, investigate bugs and content corrections, and handle privacy requests. Email delivery/storage providers process it for those purposes. Redact unrelated screenshot content; do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details or a personal device backup. Contact support@matrixbreach.com about information you sent.

Website processing is separate

These HTML pages are served through Hostinger and its delivery/security services. Requests can expose IP address, browser details, URL, request time and technical logs; security checks can set verification cookies. Google Fonts serves DM Sans and IBM Plex Mono and receives connection details. The light/dark setting uses browser local storage (matrixbreach-theme), separate from your game save.

No new analytics, advertising pixel, embedded ads or support submission service is added here. The broader company contact form uses FormSubmit; this game section uses email links only. Provider logs, email and external pages are not covered by a claim of offline gameplay. See the company website policy.

Retention, deletion and security

Local game information remains until deleted or replaced through the game/device controls. Me → Privacy Rights → Delete local progress resets local progress, coins and saved tools after confirmation. Android Clear storage/Clear app data is a separate destructive option; Clear cache is different. We cannot remotely erase your device. See deletion guidance.

System backups, Google advertising records and emails already sent have separate controls. Correspondence is kept proportionately for handling the request and relevant legal records, without an invented fixed retention period. Local save validation/recovery is not encryption or a guarantee against loss. No system is perfectly secure; keep your device protected and avoid sharing sensitive material.

Purposes, recipients and your rights

Local processing provides game functions. Voluntary correspondence is used to answer requests, resolve problems and meet applicable obligations; the relevant lawful basis depends on the request and law. We do not assign blanket consent to every activity. Google processes SDK information under its own terms and applicable advertising/consent rules.

Hosting, security, email and Google services can involve processing outside your country. No particular storage country or unverified transfer safeguard is promised. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restrictions or other rights concerning information we hold, or contact the relevant authority. Email support@matrixbreach.com; provide only what is needed to identify your correspondence. Local-only records cannot be retrieved through a website account.

Children and parent/guardian questions

Word Topia is a general-interest word game that requires independent reading; it is not presented as preschool learning material.

The game has no player account or date-of-birth registration. Conservative ad-request settings do not verify a player’s age or parental permission. A parent or guardian can contact support@matrixbreach.com about a child’s privacy or correspondence. Avoid sending unnecessary information about a child. Store audience and content-rating declarations are separate from these settings; no store rating or certification is claimed here.

Changes to this notice

Material changes to services or data handling will require updated notices and applicable safeguards before activation. Contact support@matrixbreach.com for questions. Production ad activation and any future real billing require a release review; neither follows automatically from publishing these pages.
