Use fictional contact details. Form values remain in the current page, are not transmitted, are not persisted and are cleared when the demo completes. No medical history, scans, patient photographs, identifiers or insurance documents are requested.
Checklist preferences
Only non-personal checklist item IDs may be stored under morrow-checklist-v1 in browser local storage. Clear them on Saved preferences. No other personal information is saved.
Website assets
Fonts, images and scripts are local. No analytics, tracking pixels or embedded booking/map widgets are included. The hosting service may keep ordinary request logs. External links are opened only on your action.
